Orders and Payments
Please provide accurate contact and delivery details when ordering. Products are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Review the order total and shipping charges before completing your purchase.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship across India. Orders are normally dispatched within 3–4 days of receiving the order. Estimated delivery time is 10–15 days after dispatch. Delivery times may be affected by courier delays.
Shipping charges are ₹150 for parcels weighing up to and including 1 kg, and ₹250 for parcels weighing more than 1 kg. Please refer to our Shipping Details page.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective or contains an incorrect product, please contact us promptly with your order details and, where possible, photographs.
Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for details. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including any right to a return or refund where legally required.
